Yes. It will expire at the end of the month shown on the front of the card. This means that most cards have a life of about 12 months. Whatever value is left on the card after its expiry will not be available to you. We encourage you to use your card before it expires.

Yes. The gift card does expire and the date is indicated on the front of the card. You will have a minimum of 12 months to use the balance on the card.

Yes and no. While the card itself shows an expiry date, your card account will remain active until well after there has been no transaction activity. If your card account is active, a fresh card will be sent to you just before the expiry date of the “old” card. We encourage you to keep up-to-date your address in the profile on www.universalgiftcard.com.au so the postman will deliver the new card correctly.
