Does the cap of 10 providers apply to FQHCs, CHCs, CAHs, etc. or just private practice?
MeHI is seeking guidance from the Office of the National Coordinator on this and an internal policy that may allow for groups of greater than ten providers qualifying for Direct Assistance. The policy requires the approval by the Office of the National Coordinator. We will communicate this policy when it is finalized.
