No. Alameda Towne Centre is made up of 14 parcels. Just one — the largest one — will end up paying 1 cent per building square foot with the cap. Taken together, all the parcels at Alameda Towne Centre will be paying many times more than 1 cent per building square foot — and will be contributing more than $40,000 per year to AUSD under Measure A.
