Under Windows 2000/XP for CANdy is supported the first CAN controller only. Usually it is a SJA1000, that supports the extended (29-bit) mode. The very older CANdy´s have in place of the JSA1000 a 82C200 CAN Controller, that supports the standard mode only. In the extended mode could be used the second CAN controller (82527) only. Therefore the older CANdy with the 82C200 CAN Controller in extended mode can be used under Windows 9x/ME/NT only.
