Yes. However, The Candy 4WAY Phonics Program includes a very, very small list of sight words. This is because a good share of the sight words found on the Dolch Sight Word List are NOT sight words, because they can be sounded out by children who have gone through a systematic 4WAY Phonics education. Our small list of sight words are worked into the daily lessons as needed and given lots and lots of review throughout the program. In addition, parents are shown how to “sound out” even the sight words.
