Trailer Battery The Adventure Camper has a 100 ah AGM battery fitted with a Redarc Smart Start BCDC charge system. The battery can be charged via the 50 amp Andersen plug from the vehicle during travel. The trailer is wired to charge the battery from a 240v powered camp site or a generator for extended camping. We hire the Yamaha EF 1000IS Generator for battery charging and recommend an inverter technology generator. Note cheaper generators can damage equipment by power surges. Trailer lighting The Adventure Camper is fitted with LED lighting to the Kitchen, Storage area and the Fridge box. A 12 volt power outlet is provided at the rear of the camper for internal lighting in the tent.
