Does the CalWORKs 60-month time limit apply to the children?
No. The CalWORKs 60-month time limit only applies to the adult parent(s) in the household. The adult parent(s) will no longer receive aid for him/herself but the child will still receive aid if the children are otherwise still eligible. The adult parent(s) who time-out may also still qualify for Food Stamps and Medi-Cal.
