The Cal-Cat does not make any fuel, or perform any other tricks it just helps the fuel you are buying and putting into your engine do the work it is to supposed to. It allows more of the fuel going into the engine to vaporize earlier, which in turn enables more of the fuel to produce power not wasted as heat in the exhaust or as pollutants in the air.
