Does the Buyer have to accept delivery past the Delivery-By-Date?
If a Buyer refuses to receive delivery after the Delivery-By-Date and places a Hold Payment on the Transaction, and the Seller is unable to provide EscrowCard proof of attempted delivery prior to the Delivery-By-Date as per the terms of the Transaction, EscrowCard will credit the Deposit to the Buyer’s account.
