Maintenance Staff – The building is maintained by an engineer, a resident assistant engineer, and the janitorial staff. These individuals are responsible for maintaining the building’s condition on a daily basis. The maintenance staff is also available for repairs within Units. Requests for maintenance repairs must be made through the Management Office or the Maintenance Department. Staff repair charges are $40 per hour, charged in 15 minute increments, plus the cost of parts installed.
