Does the BSB want or require Equality and Diversity monitoring data on applicants for pupillage, including those who are unsuccessful?

0

The BSB is carrying out extensive research and analysis of data on students, pupils and the profession, particularly in relation at all the stages of training. It is understood that Chambers/ATOs do gather and retain such information, which would be most useful to the BSB in terms of monitoring applicants and those who are successful or not. At present, it is not required for ATOs to submit this information, although it may be required in future, or may be looked at as part of Chambers Monitoring.
