Generally no, it’s always the same 645.00, unless you have exceeded 90 days between closings. If you exceed 90 days between closings it’s 995.00 on that loan. If the next loan is within 90 days, it will revert back to the 645.00. Do at least four loans a year, and it will be the 645.00 per loan. Our firm really isn’t looking for someone that does one or two loans a year.
