No! All of the data is transferred automatically into reports and graphs that are quick and easy to read. Exception Reports – allow you to view only those reports that are of interest. These could include vehicles traveling over a specified speed, excessive idling, stops over certain time lengths and stops where an event has occurred such as pumps, rear cargo doors opening, or other monitored devices being activated. These reports can be for a single vehicle or the entire fleet by date range and time range. You can also see if your vehicles are being operated after hours or on weekends. Graphs – let you visually measure and compare up to 20 trucks on 10 different graphing programs at the click of a mouse. Do you want to know the % of time your service trucks are actually on service calls during the day? Just click the mouse on % of productivity.
