Yes in a matter of speaking. An authorization can have tuition and books listed on the one but the bookstore needs to be sent a copy of it by the client. We recommend sending one to the Cashiers office and send a copy to the bookstore. Please contact the bookstore for further information on the proper procedures for that office.
