Does the BodyBio Report provide me with info on all the nutrients I need?
Not completely. Although the BodyBio Report is extensive if your blood test has most of the biomarkers we suggest (see BodyBio Analytes), the body is far too complex to be able to use only one source such as your blood. However, the exactness of the BodyBio Report gives you and your doctor a starting point that has not previously been available. So … in a word, it is difficult to imagine a better way to begin. However, considering a good diet, it can provide enough information to cover a major amount of the nutrients required. The key is that it fills in holes that are unique to you, unique to your genetic makeup. It’s the quality of the information that is the most important. Your Health Care Provider can then take the process further as he or she determines your personal needs.
