Does the Board provide preparatory courses for exam candidates?

0

No, the Board concluded that it should not pretest its potential candidates. The Marriott Heart Foundation develops and administers a practice exam service through it’s Core Curriculum for Cardiovascular Nursing Practice Guideline text. The MHF does not get involved in the scoring or development of the actual exam template, but it does filter Standards of Practice to the ABCM for use in developing exams. For more information, contact the MHF at (813)532-2512. The MHF collaborates with the ABCM in the development of course content for the ECG and Cardiovascular Nursing Board Certification and Review Courses.
