No. You use an external Molex power supply unit (or PSU). This isolates the Blaster360 function to be completely safe and separate from the Xbox 360 itself. It also aids in extra portability, i.e. you don’t have to carry the Xbox 360 Power Supply around when you want to use the Blaster 360. Most people will have a Molex PSU to hand (Most PC’s use Molex connectors), and if you don’t they are cheap and easy to buy.
