If a friend or family member is blessed with having twins it is doubly (no pun intended) important to have a baby shower. Planning a baby shower to honor the birth of twins doesn’t need to be a difficult undertaking. You can customize the shower with twin-themed invitations, games and even food. Double the trouble but twice as nice, is a great theme whether the mom-to-be knows the sex of her twins or not. In keeping with the twin theme offer double decker sandwiches, double chocolate cake, double pumpkin cheesecake and offer two kinds of drink, two flavors of ice cream, (double up on the toppings of course), or how clever to offer twin pops. The choices for gifts are varied; on one hand you can choose from toys and keepsakes and on the other hand you can get novelty or utility items. However, in the case of having a twins shower, utility items are probably the most needed.
