No. In October 2004, Nimir Petroleum and Nimir Chemicals were bought from Abdulrahman and Sultan bin Mahfouz in a MBO by former Nimir directors and senior executives. The companies are now called Knightsbridge Petroleum and Knightsbridge Chemicals.
