Does the Bible have views on Anal Sex (between husband and wife)?
A very strict interpretation of the Bible is that sex between a man and a woman is for procreation only and that any other form of sex is wrong. However, Christians have enjoyed sex for purposes other than procreation for many centuries and, right or wrong, most modern Christians are liberal minded about things like anal sex, oral sex, homosexuality, etc. Probably not the kind of thing you want to discuss at the women’s league at your church, though.
The Bible has views on a lot of things! For example, Deuteronomy, chapter 22, reveals a number of commands that are strange to the modern mind. For example, if a man discovered a bird sitting upon eggs, he might take the eggs but not the bird (22:6-7). Different kinds of seeds could not be planted in one’s vineyard (9). The Hebrew farmer was not to yoke together an ox and a donkey for plowing (10). A Jew was forbidden to wear a garment containing two types of cloth (e.g., wool and linen – 11), and so on. If a person was to never do any of the things the Bible forbids they would have to live in a cage somewhere I think! It seems most people who have answered have never tried anal sex between a man and a woman. If they had, they would know it’s highly pleasurable for both, perfectly acceptable and does not cause any damage! There is no faecal matter in the passage unless you are actually on the loo expelling it!! Have fun!
