Yes, the Bedfan works with a comforter. The lighter the covering, though, the better it works. There is more open space for the Bedfan’s air currents to move when you use a light covering, such as a sheet or a light blanket, than there would be with a heavier cover, such as a comforter. The less open space there is beneath the mattress, the more resistance there is to the air current and the slower the air moves. Q: Is the Bedfan big, bulky, or an eyesore once it’s installed?
