A. Yes! A good submission shows an example of something that actually caused people to become confused, to make a mistake or to have difficulty using it. Simply believing that something is poorly designed and could cause a mistake or not liking the way it is designed isn’t sufficient. The submission should be something that can be easily understood by most people without specialized technical knowledge. A photo or illustration should be included.
