Does the ATTO Diamond RAID Array support Command Queuing?

A. Yes, the (ATA) Overlap feature is essentially the same as SCSI Disconnect and Reconnect, allowing both drives on the same ATA interface to be processing commands simultaneously. An associated feature is command queuing, which allows commands to be queued inside of an individual disk drive. By taking advantage of both these features, commands are sent to the disk drive without waiting for previous commands to complete, thus reducing associated command overhead. Command queuing in ATA is identical to SCSI Tagged Command Queuing.
