Mike set out from England in November, 2008 and is heading around the southern oceans and hoping to return home by April 2009. Zac’s journey, which began on June 14th, 2008 was set before Mike’s began, so it has no affect on Zac’s plans. Mike is 16 years old. He will turn 17 on March 16, 2009.
