Does the ATP team already have a CRM solution (system and tools) in mind?
No. The Discovery Phase of the project is intended to facilitate clear definition of the gaps to be filled by a CRM solution and is the sole reason for the Project… During this phase we will conduct a needs analysis and solutions/feasibility analysis to document the needs of the advancement community in terms of their ability to manage relationships with their constituents. At the conclusion of the Discovery Phase project, there is an expectation that the Executive Oversight Committee will make a decision on how to proceed, including deciding on the most cost-effective option for meeting the overall needs outlined in the Discovery Phase.
