Yes. Commerce charges $1.50 for an ATM withdrawal, regardless of where it takes place (Commerce or non-Commerce ATM). The owner of a non-Commerce ATM may charge an additional fee. Instead, we encourage cardholders to get cash back when they make a purchase at a merchant accepting PIN-based transactions (grocery, drug, discount stores, etc.). There is no charge for this type of withdrawal.
