Does the assistive technology device follow the child through their schooling process?
If an assistive device is necessary to fulfill the requirements of the student’s IEP such a device must be provided in the school that the student attends. The same device maynot necessarily follow the student fom one school to another, but a comparable device that fulfills the IEP requirement will be needed in the school.
