Does the ARDMS investigate every complaint that they receive?
Yes. The ARDMS mission is to promote quality care and patient safety through the certification and continuing competency of ultrasound professionals. In keeping with this mission, the ARDMS ensures that each complaint received is investigated to the fullest extent possible based on the information provided in the complaint, regardless of the identity or associations of the Respondent named in the complaint or the individual filing the complaint.
