Does the APX VCS Registry accept and issue VCUs for VCS version 1 projects?

The Registry can issue VCUs for the VCS v1 projects as long as the VCUs meet the criteria put forth in section 5.2.1 of the VCS 2007 document and have not already been registered in a different registry. For more information please visit: http://www.v-c-s.org/docs/VCS%202007.
