We are continuing our policy of not using a quarantine on the IronPort device. The sheer volume of emails involved makes a quarantine extremely complex to administer. • My email to an RM hosted domain was rejected. Here are some things you can try, to identify the cause: If you know the IP address of the person sending the email, you can check at http://www.senderbase.org to see if it is being listed as source of unsolicited mail on a known blacklist (check the ‘Real-time blacklists’ section of the report and consult the lists help information, to find out why the IP address was listed and how to get de-listed). Please note that it’s the responsibility of the owner of the affected mail server to get de-listed from a blacklist, RM takes a zero tolerance stance to spam and do not white-list blacklisted IP’s.
