Does the Anti-D injection hurt (28 weeks pregnant)?
It doesn’t hurt so much, no worse than getting blood taken or getting a vaccination. It might sting a little bit when they inject the liquid but not a whole lot. I know how you feel though, I’m bad with needles too. I remember we needed holiday vaccinations when I was 14 and my dad had to literally drag me kicking and screaming into the doctors haha! Said I showed him up something rotten. I’ve gotten much better over the years though. It still bothers me, but I don’t kick/scream/cry anymore (which would be a bit embarrassing), and since I’ve been pregnant I just tell myself I *have* to do it for the baby. Tell the midwife when you go that you don’t like needles, I always do and they’re always really good and understanding about it and will put me at ease before starting.
