Let’s see. 60% of Peru’s land is the Amazon Jungle, so that leaves 40% between the coast and the Andes. The coast is a thin strip of desert between the sea and the Andes approximatelly one third of the remaining area. Thus the Andes are about 2/3 of 40% of Peru or about 26.
