AGND is the ground pin for the USB transceiver. Connect a bulk capacitor and a high-frequency bypass capacitor between V3.3 and AGND, and connect AGND directly to the USB ground (pin 4 on the Type B connector). Connect AGND to the digital ground plane via a ferrite bead.
