The Exchange plans to implement open book in some of its products, but does not plan to do so for Amex UTP stocks at this time. Note, however, that the Amex does allow publication of Informational Imbalances, with Floor Official approval, before 3:40 p.m. This does not have any impact on the official 3:40 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. publications.
