No, the M690T supports only HDMI version 1.2. Version 3.01 of the Technical Reference Manual states that the M690T supports a TMDS interface, enabling DVI or HDMI version 1.2 which is multiplexed on the PCI Express external graphics interface. This occurs only if there is no external graphics card or if only an x8 card is attached to the PCIe external graphics interface.
