Yes. Starting in 2011, the winners of both the Boys and Girls Championship Flights at every Junior Tour of Northern California tournament will receive one Performance Based Exemption. In addition, the top boy and girl who are between 12 or 13 years old at the end of the season will receive a Junior All-Star Exemption. See http://www.ajga.org for more information.
