Does the AIG bailout offer an opportunity for national health care insurance?

Now that we (the public) own 80% of AIG it seems to me that it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to create a national health care insurance system. This would be a good way to provide value back to the taxpayer. What do you think? Send me your comments.
