There are no executives at the TATC. The TATC’s Chairperson is also its chief executive officer. The Chairperson is responsible for the direction and supervision of the work necessary to facilitate the functions of the Tribunal. Management committees are governed by clear terms of references and meet bi-weekly. The Management committees ensure that decisions and actions are consistent with strategic direction. The organization has a business plan and HR plan which are monitored for progress.
