Does the Aerolite exhibit good stall characteristics?
Yes, the stall characteristics of the Aerolite are very straight forward with no tendency to enter a spin. The stall will consist of a slight buffet, followed by a slight nose break below the horizon that is easily recovered from, by either a gain in airspeed or the slight addition of power. There will be very little altitude loss from straight and level flight, when recovering from the stall. The stall speed will range from the mid 20 s to the lower 30 s depending on the gross weight of the Aerolite being flown.
