Yes, there are five invitational priorities. They are: Invitational Priority 1—Applications that support activities to enable students to achieve proficiency or advanced proficiency in mathematics. Invitational Priority 2—Applications that support activities to enable students to achieve proficiency or advanced proficiency in reading. Invitational Priority 3—Applications that support activities to enable students attending schools in corrective action or restructuring under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended (ESEA) to achieve proficiency or advanced proficiency in reading and mathematics.
