We are aware of the fact that sellers’ QuickBooks files store sensitive data. All Accounting Assistant information resides in a local database on your system. The Accounting Assistant database file is located at C:\Program Files\eBay\Accounting Assistant\Database\ebaysdk.mdb. Your eBay username and password are used to retrieve sales and account information from eBay. Accounting Assistant does not upload your QuickBooks Accounting records to eBay.
