NO, abortion rate, pregnancy rate and abortion percent DO NOT include fetal deaths. If you are looking at CHS tables note that while abortion tables DO NOT include fetal deaths, pregnancy tables DO. Therefore, VistaPHw numbers may not match CHS numbers.
