Does the 8100 MP3 Player support subscription content so that I can get Windows Media Player to sync a recorded book that I purchased onto the player?
The 8100 MP3 player is WMA-DRM9 compatible. Please check what DRM version you are using and retry the process used to download and sync the files with the 8100. Some websites require the use of their own utility program to download and sync files with MP3 players to activate the DRM.
