Does the 3rd house represent mother and early childhood education?
The 1st through 4th houses describe how we perceive, and experience our earliest childhood experiences (before the first Saturn square at age 7-8). This is when our minds were most fluid and impressionable, and we picked up all of those little fixations, complexes, and thinking patterns that will stick with us for our entire lives. The 3rd house, is associated more with siblings when it comes to family. It says a lot also about how we integrate ourselves, and how we learn, and in what manner we communicate with others. Speaking, and rationalizing your environment is the first major step in becoming an individual. The 3rd house applies to all education, not just early childhood. Our basic tendencies for learning and communicating, are developed in the 3rd house, and these learning habits we develop at that age, stick with us our entire life.
