Depends on when it was made. LATCH systems became mandatory for passenger vehicles in 2000 so it depends on when your particular vehicle was actually manufactured. The car owner’s manual should have a section on it. If you no longer have one, you should be able to look it up online or call your local Dodge dealer. You also can look at the car’s seat for the markers. There should be a button or stiching of a carseat near the bight (seat crack) where the LATCH anchors are located.
