Does the 18 hour course meet all of the licensure renewal requirements of the Virginia Real Estate Board?
• Yes. If you have already taken the 2 hour Limited Service Agency course, you should take the 16 hour package instead. If this is your first renewal, you need 30 hours of Post-Licensing plus 2 hours of Limited Service Agency. You can take the 2 hour Limited Service Agency through us. However, we do not offer the 30 hours of Post-Licensing.
