Bolick: One thing that really makes our litigation center somewhat unique is there’s a huge difference between the federal courts and the state courts. The taxpayers cannot challenge that (bailout) deal in federal court, but state taxpayers here in Arizona and elsewhere do have the ability to go to court to challenge abuses of taxpayer funds, and we intend to make a cottage industry out of that.
