Legally the answer is No. You need to find a better reason for divorce then stretch marks or scars to get a divorce. I understand how you feel but the law does’nt. If you go to court with these reasons it is you who will be at fault and your wife can ask for divorce if you continue with this. You have no legal case whatsoever based on what you have written so try to come up with a better reason to divorce your wife.
