Does TEP allow customers to self-install PV systems?

0

Residential customers may install their own photovoltaic systems and wind generators with a capacity no greater than 10 kW alternating current. Installation must follow applicable codes and standards. The customer-installed systems are eligible for an incentive equal to 70 percent of the standard Up-Front Incentive (UFI). TEP reserves the right to discontinue this option if TEP finds self-installed systems do not adhere to applicable codes and standards or exhibit poor quality workmanship.
