Does temperature have an effect on G.G.E.C.?
Yes. Try to avoid freezing G.G.E.C. as it will inactivate the enzymes and you will need to wait for them to completely thaw. Once thawed, they are active and good to use. You need to remember that using G.G.E.C. in lower temperatures from (35oF to 45oF), the Enzymes will react slowly and you will be required to use much more elbow-grease [labor] to clean a surface. High temperatures can have an irreversible effect and destroy the enzyme energy. Do not use above 160oF to 165oF. Avoid storing G.G.E.C. in automobiles or garages where temperatures in the hot summer months can exceed 165oF. You will destroy the enzyme energy!
